You might have been in a restaurant or grocery store when the person ahead of you is raising a ruckus for no real reason. I’ve been in the service industry pretty much all my life and have experienced it from behind the counter. So I smile and try to be nice while solving the problem. Most of the time.

Here’s a story where a customer wanted to buy a Tesla Model X SUV and raising such a stink that finally the dealer told the customer to hit the road. I love it. Read on.
