Sometimes you never know where you will find them
If you’re like me out on the road, your head turns if you see even a slight view of a piece of metal resembling a potential classic car. My neck gets sore on many trips and if I want to stop, it drives my wife nuts. It’s even tougher when I’m out on my Hayabusa. Eyes on the road Paul.
Well this collection of mostly European cars is even bigger. Found in, well we don’t know since the owner was afraid if he let the cat out of the bag he would be open to looters. This is a really interesting article I read on AutoWeek. Who wouldn’t want to walk around and just look. Yea right?
Mark and I love cars, as if you don’t know it already. We especially love classic and cool cars so we carry our cameras with us all the time to take a shot of a car. Heck one time when I was riding my Hayabusa, a passed a classic, turned around and followed it until I could take a picture. OK, I may have freaked out the owner a little once I got my camera out and we started talking, he was cool. So if you see a car or motorcycle turn around and follow you. No worries, it’s just us looking for a picture of your classic, or cool car. Oh and yes, I wear a helmet when I ride.
Who doesn’t love a car chase? They take a ton of money, roads, and practice to set them up. Well not if it’s with R/C cars. Prepare to laugh a lot.
It’s one of those cars most guys lust over, a Ferrari. Nothing else seems to mater when one drives by. The power is beyond words. The handling is perfect.
And when the 458 is cruising around town, it’s downright sedate…(you might even think you were in a *gasp* luxury sedan.) Hit the gas on the highway, though, and it comes to life like no other Ferrari in history. My opportunity came with a Groupon and for just 99 bucks. I could not resist. One more item off my bucket list.
